These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PokerLeaks app, website, and related services.

Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using PokerLeaks, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use PokerLeaks.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PokerLeaks complies with applicable law and with the rules of any poker platform or other service you use with PokerLeaks.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- keeping your login details secure
- all activity that happens under your account
- notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for PokerLeaks, or must be restricted for legal reasons.
Beta Status
PokerLeaks may be offered as a beta or limited-access service.
Features may change, be removed, be incomplete, or contain bugs, and the service may not always be available or fully reliable.
License
Subject to these Terms, PokerLeaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and services for your personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works except where the law allows it
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where the law allows it
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit PokerLeaks without written permission
- remove ownership or legal notices
- use PokerLeaks to build a competing service from non-public materials or outputs
Acceptable Use
You may not use PokerLeaks to:
- break the law or violate someone else's rights
- interfere with or disrupt the service
- bypass security or access controls
- upload malicious code
- impersonate others
- abuse accounts, invites, or system tools
Your Content and Data
You retain your rights in the hand histories and other content you provide.
You grant PokerLeaks permission to process that content as needed to:
- operate the service
- provide features
- support your account
- improve PokerLeaks as described in the Privacy Policy
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that content.
Local Data and Hosted Features
PokerLeaks stores much of your app data locally on your device.
Some features, including live capture, may send selected table images and related data to PokerLeaks servers for analysis and results.
PokerLeaks may use third-party providers to operate parts of the service.
Privacy Choices
PokerLeaks includes privacy controls for analytics and crash reporting, described in the Privacy Policy and app settings.
Fees
If PokerLeaks offers paid plans or features, pricing will be clearly shown before charges are made.
Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
We may also set limits where necessary for security, performance, legal compliance, or product updates.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you breach these Terms
- your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- your account is involved in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use
- we are required to do so by law
You may stop using PokerLeaks at any time.

Third-Party Platform Compliance
PokerLeaks is designed to operate alongside third-party poker platforms (such as PokerStars, GGPoker, and others), but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any such platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PokerLeaks complies with:
- the terms, rules, and policies of any poker platform you use
- applicable laws and regulations
PokerLeaks does not guarantee that its use is permitted on any specific platform.
You acknowledge that:
- you use PokerLeaks at your own risk
- PokerLeaks is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including warnings, suspensions, or bans
- PokerLeaks does not control or influence third-party enforcement policies
PokerLeaks is intended as an educational and analytical tool.
No Real-Time Decision Directive
PokerLeaks provides insights and analysis, but does not instruct you to take specific gameplay actions.
PokerLeaks does not:
- tell you to fold, call, raise, or take specific actions
- guarantee optimal decisions
- replace your independent judgment
All outputs are informational and based on patterns and historical data.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions.
Human-in-the-Loop Requirement
PokerLeaks supports human decision-making but does not replace it.
You agree that:
- all gameplay decisions are made by you
- PokerLeaks does not act autonomously
- PokerLeaks does not place bets or interact with poker platforms
- you remain in full control at all times
No Automation or Botting
PokerLeaks may not be used to enable automated gameplay.
You may not:
- use PokerLeaks with bots or automation tools
- automate decisions based on PokerLeaks outputs
- remove meaningful human control from gameplay
PokerLeaks does not support or permit automated gameplay.
Fair Use and Ethical Design
PokerLeaks is designed for education and improvement.
It is intended to:
- help users understand gameplay patterns
- provide insights and learning
- support long-term skill development
PokerLeaks is not intended to manipulate other players or bypass platform rules.
Users are expected to act responsibly and in accordance with fair play.
Disclaimers
PokerLeaks is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
- the service is always available or error-free
- analysis or coaching is always accurate or profitable
- live capture always functions correctly
- use of PokerLeaks improves results or complies with third-party rules
PokerLeaks provides software and coaching tools, not legal, financial, or gambling advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PokerLeaks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- PokerLeaks is not liable for lost profits, winnings, data, or business interruption
- total liability is limited to the greater of [Liability cap] or the amount paid in the last 12 months
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokerLeaks and its team from claims arising from:
- misuse of the service
- breach of these Terms
- violation of law or third-party rights
- content you provide
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
Disputes will be handled in the courts of Gibraltar, unless required otherwise by law.
Open-Source Software
Some components may include open-source software subject to separate license terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of PokerLeaks means you accept the updated Terms.
